Late Arrival—Bright Future? Imperatives for Mobilizing the Enterprise

Building a fixed-mobile enterprise application ecosystem requires a comprehensive planning in multiple Information Technology domains. Technology innovation, new business models, and culture change requires a transformation of the mobile service production strategy, mobile device management, and mobile security. While sourcing communication service modules from different providers, the enterprise IT department is focused on extending high-value company assets to the mobile.

Our panelist will share best-practices from Tier 1 as well as Tier 2 telecom operators, coming from the fixed side as well as from the mobile side, to converge on the same topic of how to mobilize the enterprise.

Attendees will gain insights into operational strategies of enterprise applications, technology pitfalls and lessons learned about Software as a Service (SaaS) for mobile devices, device management, licensing of content and rights management of documents, organizational requirements, and new revenue models and value network positioning.
